Cynthia Bell - Etiquette ConsultantCYNTHIA M. BELL is the founder of Northeast Etiquette Services, the premier consultants in etiquette and protocol for upstate New York and western New England. Ms. Bell is a certified graduate of the Protocol School of Washington, the nation’s leading school of etiquette services since 1988, with a specialization in teaching etiquette to children, teens, and young adults. She brings not only a thorough grounding in etiquette, but also a commitment to her native area and its young people. Born and raised in New York’s Hudson Valley, she has been married for over twenty years, and has two teenaged children. She has always been actively involved with young people, not only as a mother, but as Girl Scout leader, middle school community service leader, and member of a variety of local service-oriented institutions. She has explored the issues of raising responsible young people as chief researcher for Neale S. Godfrey and Tad Richards in their series of bestselling books for Simon & Schuster and HarperCollins, and developed her management and executive skills in the Dun and Bradstreet management program.
